Return and Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order if the order is not shipped. You can also refuse to take the delivery if you do not want the product.

We will reimburse within 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

You may request returns for most items listed on Attiris.in that are explicitly identified as “returnable” on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the ‘return window’ period.

Products that are physically damaged, defective, has missing parts, or are different from their description in the product details page are eligible for return.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?

  1. Go to Your Orders. (ensure you have signed in before)
  2. Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
  3. Select a reason from menu and continue.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • The Goods are unused and in it’s original condition.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Where can I view status of return?

  1. Locate the item from Your Orders.
  2. Select Return/Refund status.

I want the replacement to a different address.

Replacement cannot be delivered to a different address. We recommend to return the item for a refund and place a new order with the new address.
