What is Attiris?

Attiris is a fashion e-commerce brand founded by Preeti Singh in 2021. Starting out with only kurta suits designs, the brand has become a household name in the market today. Attiris offers a wide range of products from suit sets, co-ord sets for women, maxi dresses, men’s wear and fusion outfits. The brand has mastered the traditional arts of hand-block printing, hand-painting, and natural dyes. The brand is well known for its use of eco-friendly fabrics and plus size wears. Are your products handmade?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans, especially the ethnic collections.

Are your clothes pre-washed/shrink-resistant?

Attiris clothes are not pre-washed and may shrink slightly in the first wash, especially cotton fabrics. This is natural and helps the fabric settle into its final fit. We use high-quality, breathable materials that soften beautifully over time. For best results, follow our wash care instructions.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes, we do offer free shipping on all orders within India.

Do you offer national or international shipping?

Attiris offers nationwide shipping, with orders processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Soon, will offer international shipping of our wide range of our Indian ethnic wear to countries, where trade is legally permitted. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for ready-to-ship products. But, for custom order or made-to-order, shipping may take 15–20 business days. Please refer to product details or contact our customer care before placing an order. For more, visit our Shipping and Delivery policy.

What sizes do you offer?

Our products generally come in standard sizes from Small to 8XL and each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit.

How do I choose the right size?

To find your perfect fit, refer to the Attiris Size Guide available on each product page. It helps you choose the right size.

How do I use a discount code?

You can apply discount codes at the checkout page. make sure the code is still valid and meets the required purchase conditions (if any).

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email and SMS. Use it to check your Attiris order status anytime. For shipping updates or help, reach out to our team via email.

What happens if I missed the delivery?

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times, if unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. You can contact us at hello@attiris.in to reschedule the shipment again.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?

If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to change the size, if already shipped, you can initiate a return within 5-days and reorder the correct size.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at hello@attiris.in within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can request an exchange or replacement within 5-days of delivery. Product must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags intact.

The product must be marked as return-eligible. We offer reverse pickup from your address. If not available in your pin code, you’ll need to self-ship. Orders placed with credit vouchers are not returnable.

If your requested size or item is out of stock, we will refund the order value to your payment account or issue a credit voucher valid for 30 days. Visit our Return and Exchange page for more.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Please reach out to our support team at hello@attiris.in as soon as possible for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and other secure payment gateways.

Is cash on delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery on selected pin codes, option can be seen at checkout page.

Is it safe to shop on Attiris?

Absolutely yes, our website uses secure payment gateways and SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment details.

Do you offer customizations?

Currently, we don’t offer custom sizing or design customizations. However, very soon we will be introducing this service.

Can I gift wrap my order with message?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping at a small additional charge. You’ll find this option during checkout.

Also, you can avail gift message for your loved one’s free or charge based on the request after placing the order by contacting us with your order number.
